Job summary

Shareridge Ltd is hiring experienced Site Supervisors to join our civil engineering teams across the Southeast Region. You will oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.

Based in Ireland, you will lead site staff, subcontractors and suppliers, maintain quality standards, and uphold HSQE compliance while progressing projects with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Supervisor in water/wastewater or heavy civil projects.
• Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Up-to-date training and strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and progress.
• Coordinate site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Supervise civil works and groundworks contractors.
• Maintain high quality control across site activities.
• Manage labour timesheets, supplier records and HSQE docs.
• Promote compliance with health and safety regulations.
