Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to bridge software development and IT operations, applying software engineering to infrastructure and automation challenges. You will build scalable, reliable systems and implement automated processes to reduce manual effort while ensuring service availability across critical platforms.

You will monitor performance, define SLIs/SLOs, manage incident response, and collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Bash.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and scripts to automate operational tasks such as provisioning, configuration, and incident response.
• Monitor system performance and establish alerting to support rapid incident detection and resolution.
