Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment on site.
• Manage and supervise site staff, including subcontractors and labourers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, reports, and progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
• A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
