Job summary

STRIVE Search is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a life sciences fit-out project in Limerick. You will lead the safe, on-time delivery of interior construction, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires expertise in cleanroom/cold room or white wall construction, strong drawings interpretation and effective client communication. A vehicle and pension contributions are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering interior fit-out projects and managing site operations.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Ability to interpret drawings and ensure works meet specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site operatives.
• Familiar with cleanroom, cold room or white wall construction.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe delivery of the project in line with company safety principles.
• Ensure information, instruction and training is provided to operatives and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor documentation including task planning, risk assessments, training, resources and supervision.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with latest drawings and project specifications.
• Inspect works to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Develop and implement environmental management plans where required.
• Maintain relationships with the client and wider project team.
• Manage day-to-day site activities in line with company systems.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of the interior fit-out project, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safe delivery of the project in line with company safety principles
