Job summary

Crewit Resourcing is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee carpentry, joinery, fit-out and restoration on multiple projects. You will coordinate subcontractors and direct labour, manage programmes, maintain quality and safety, and liaise with clients and internal teams to drive projects to completion.

The ideal candidate has a construction background with experience in high-spec residential, commercial fit-out or restoration projects, and holds a Carpentry/Joinery qualification with Safe

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, or Construction Supervisor.
• Background in construction, fit-out, carpentry, joinery, or restoration works.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and First Aid certifications.
• Experience delivering high-end residential or commercial fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project programmes and proactively address delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site documentation, reports, and project records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Assist with resource planning and logistics management.
• Maintain the high workmanship standards expected across joinery and fit-out projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of carpentry, joinery, fit-out, and restoration packages across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, managing subcontractors and direct labour, maintaining quality standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and driving programmes to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background with experience managing high-specification residential, commercial, fit-out, or joinery projects.
