Job summary

Johnston Fitout in Ireland is seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead fit-out projects across our client portfolio. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with sub-contractors, and ensure quality, safety, and timelines.

Ideal candidates have a fit-out/joinery background, 5+ years in site management, strong leadership, attention to detail, and a clean driving licence. Fluency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland are required.

• Identifying and resolving issues or delays during the fit-out process.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to meet requirements.
• Some projects may require a working foreman role.

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

(this is not an exhaustive list)

• Managing all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
• Overseeing the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and records.
• Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the fit-out process.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Some projects will require the site manager to undertake a working foreman role

Requirements:
