About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark multi-storey apartment development in the heart of Dublin City. This is a high-profile residential project with significant architectural and logistical complexity—ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential builds to the highest standards.

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover.

• Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification.

• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce strict site safety standards.

• Monitor and report on progress, quality, costs, and timelines.

• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives to address issues and implement solutions.

• Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely communication and documentation of site activity.

• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance on-site.

About You:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally with exposure to large-scale residential or apartment developments.

• Proven ability to manage complex urban construction sites from start to finish.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent understanding of current building regulations, health & safety legislation, and best practices.

• Experience working in a live city environment and managing logistics in tight urban sites.

• Trade or construction-related degree qualification (e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) preferred.

• Valid Safe Pass, CIF Management Training, and other relevant certs.
