About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark multi-storey apartment development in the heart of Dublin City. This is a high-profile residential project with significant architectural and logistical complexity—ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential builds to the highest standards.
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met, while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all on-site construction activities from groundworks to handover.
Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to specification.
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and enforce strict site safety standards.
Monitor and report on progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, and client representatives to address issues and implement solutions.
Conduct regular site meetings and ensure timely communication and documentation of site activity.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance on-site.
About You:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally with exposure to large-scale residential or apartment developments.
Proven ability to manage complex urban construction sites from start to finish.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of current building regulations, health & safety legislation, and best practices.
Experience working in a live city environment and managing logistics in tight urban sites.
Trade or construction-related degree qualification (e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) preferred.
Valid Safe Pass, CIF Management Training, and other relevant certs.
