Job summary

STRIVE Search client, an established Irish civil engineering and infrastructure contractor, seeks a Health & Safety Advisor to support multiple live projects across Leinster.

You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and project management to inspect sites, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with RAMS and legislation.

A company vehicle, pension and bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' Health & Safety experience within construction or civil engineering.
• Experience working on live construction or infrastructure sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Provide H&S guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with legislation, RAMS and company procedures.
• Assist with accident and incident investigations.
• Support site teams in maintaining strong safety standards.
• Monitor subcontractor H&S compliance.
