Job Description

We are seeking a Site Engineer in Arklow, Co Wicklow, for a large commercial new build project with a duration of approximately 2 years.

Responsibilities

1. Report to the Senior Engineer
2. Ensure all materials and work performed meet the project specifications
3. Set out all works and survey the site accurately
4. Maintain precise records and interpret drawings and specifications effectively
5. Liaise with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce involved in the project
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma qualification
• Experience in setting out
• At least 1 year of experience with a main contractor preferred
• Understanding of design drawings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
• Valid driving license
