Job summary

MSR-FSR, LLC in Ireland seeks an Electrical QA/QC Inspector to oversee electrical installations on industrial and large-scale commercial projects. You will verify compliance with I.S. 10101, ISO 9001, and project specs, ensuring safe, code-compliant systems for clients in data centres, pharma, and manufacturing.

Site-based role across Ireland with occasional travel; you will review drawings, conduct walkdowns, sign off test sheets, and support FAT/SAT for clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with National Craft Certificate or equivalent; additional diploma in Electrical Engineering or Quality advantageous.
• 2-3 years' experience in electrical QA/QC on industrial or large commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish electrical standards (I.S. 10101) and ISO 9001.
• Experience with electrical testing procedures and documentation control.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify quality of electrical installations: containment, cabling, terminations, earthing/bonding, panels, wiring.
• Conduct walkdowns, audits, and inspections at installation stages.
• Review IS 10101 compliance and project specs.
• Monitor insulation resistance, continuity, RCD testing, loop impedance.
• Sign off on installation records, test sheets, and as-built drawings.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to address non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with Safe Electric and HSA regulations.
• Participate in quality meetings and continuous improvement.
• Support FAT/SAT and client inspections.
