Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a General Foreman to supervise multiple site sections under the Site Manager. You will lead Section Site Supervisors, ensure work aligns with programme, cost and quality targets, and uphold HSEQS standards.

Essential experience includes supervising construction teams on medium to large scale projects, strong leadership, and knowledge of construction methods and codes. BIM familiarity is desirable.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical background with substantial site supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across multiple sections of the site.
• Lead Section Site Supervisors and Assistant Site Supervisors to deliver works in line with programme, cost and quality targets.
• Monitor subcontractors and workforce to ensure compliance with contract specifications and company standards.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, environmental and quality management practices on site.
• Ensure site records are accurate and up to date.
