Job summary

LMH Engineering is seeking a Structural Project Manager to join our team on a project site in Dublin. You will lead the delivery of structural and CSA works, ensuring safety, on time, within budget and to specification, while providing technical and commercial leadership across design, procurement, manufacturing and site teams.

Qualifications include a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 5–7+ years’ experience in structural/CSA project management within construction or fabrication, plus Safe

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 5–7+ years' experience in structural/CSA project management.
• Track record delivering CSA packages on industrial/commercial projects.
• Safe Pass/SMSTS (or equivalent); offsite manufacturing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage structural/CSA packages from design handover through to final handover, including programme, budget and change control
• Review structural drawings, specs and BIM models, resolving design and clash queries
• Coordinate structural steel, precast and fabrication works, aligning offsite manufacturing with site erection
• Manage site-based engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to meet programme, quality and H&S standards
• Oversee QA/QC, inspections and close-out, and support tender-stage constructability input
