INFORM3 are recruiting for Site Agents for work based around Roscommon/Connaught area on utility/power projects with top civils contractor.

The client places great value in completing projects on time through careful and well-planned management. The successful candidates will have a civils background and are confident in coordinating site activities.

Site Agent Job Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and create two-week lookahead schedules.
• Communicate schedules to crews and monitor progress.
• Coordinate materials, plant, traffic management, and labour per schedule.
• Complete daily allocation sheets for resources and costs.
• Flag programme-impacting issues to the Project Manager.
• Manage multiple crews (internal and subcontractors); act as site contact.
• Conduct daily quality and compliance checks.
• Report design issues with impact and solutions to Project Manager.
• Ensure crews complete daily health & safety forms.
• Perform weekly audits for H&S compliance.
• Verify worker tickets and site inductions before work begins.
• Prepare and update Risk Assessment Method Statements.
• Brief crews on risks and controls; monitor compliance and effectiveness.
• Check daily traffic management setup against approved TMPs.
• Submit regular reports on progress, quality, and safety.

Site Agent Job Specification:

• Civil Engineer or Construction Management Degree
• Extremely motivated and driven to succeed
• Strong numeracy skills
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Previous experience working on a variety of civil projects
• Full driving licence
