Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks a Civil Site Manager to oversee civil operations on residential projects in Louth. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a background as a Civil Engineer or Manager. Responsibilities include site supervision, quality control, safety compliance, and team management. Excellent salary and package available.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Project Manager regarding progress on site
  • Coordinate with the on-site construction team on a regular basis, ensuring all daily and weekly tasks are complete
  • Chair and coordinate Site Meetings when appropriate
  • Ensure development is made and recorded in the site diary
  • Monitor and control quality on site
  • Ensure internal and external inspection are passed and processed
  • Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to
  • Coordinate Plant, Machinery and Equipment
  • Check plant and equipment to ensure that it is safe and able to provide the work required
  • Management of Materials and Waste
  • Complete site inductions when appropriate
  • Attend Site Management meetings

Skills

Civil Manager or Civil Engineer background
5 + years’ experience in a similar role
Good working knowledge of civils practices and regulations
Experience of managing civils teams
Confident in using Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Full Driving license

Inform3 are recruiting for a Site Manager to work the civils on residential projects in Louth. The client is seeking a Site Manager to join their expanding team. They are looking for someone that is able to handle responsibility and work off their own initiative in a busy working environment.

Civil Site Manager Responsibilities
