We are currently recruiting a Site Administrator for a residential project in Clonmagadden, Navan.

Key responsibilities and duties
  • Manage the day to day running of the site office
  • General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager, including typing and distribution of meeting minutes and actions arising
  • Conduct document control including creating packages, collating documents for the Site Team and assisting sub-contractors with queries
  • Liaise with Procurement department
  • Manage anomalies and cost the hours in TAG in a timely fashion, ensuring they are clear ahead of payroll every two weeks
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
  • Must have a third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/ Civil Engineering /Building Surveying or other related area
  • Relevant experience in a civil engineering or construction role
  • Full understanding of Building Control Regulations and Code of Practice
  • Full understanding of construction sequence of works
  • Technically strong with excellent communication skills
