Job summary

B&Q Limerick is recruiting a Showroom Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role (36.75 hours/week) is permanent, with shifts across Monday to Sunday from 7.00am to 10.00pm. You will coordinate with colleagues and installers to bring kitchen and bathroom projects to life and deliver excellent customer service.

You’ll work to targets, manage projects, and adapt to a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays. A strong communicator with a keen eye for design will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate showroom projects with colleagues and installers to deliver high-quality results.
• Assist in planning and scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Provide problem-solving and project-management support on design-focused installations.

Job description

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

Salary and Bonuses

Competitive salary (€18.56 per hour, Sunday Premium €22.64 per hour / €35,468 FTE) with individual bonuses up to €300 per quarter for hitting targets, plus additional team incentives and a £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues
