Job summary

B&Q Athlone is seeking a Showroom Project Coordinator to bring customers' dream kitchen and bathroom projects to life with strong communication and design sensibility.

You'll work closely with colleagues and installers to deliver projects on time, while meeting targets. The role requires flexibility to cover weekends, evenings and bank holidays, with competitive pay and generous bonuses and incentives.

Overview

Showroom Project Coordinator

Full Time - 36.75 hours per week

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

Competitive salary (€18.56 per hour, Sunday Premium €22.64 per hour / €35,468 FTE) with individual bonuses up to €300 per quarter for hitting targets, plus additional team incentives and a £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues

You’re motivated by targets and you’re a good problem-solver and project manager too, with a keen eye for design. And you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
