KNOW THE ROLE

Shiseido is seeking applicants for the role of Shiseido Beauty Advisor to join their team on a part-time (30 hours per week on a permanent) basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who can meet sales goals while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Know What We're Looking For

• Acknowledge and greet all customers and offer friendly, prompt and courteous service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Interface with existing customer base, and follow up with all customer inquiries
• Informing customers of current promotions, events and services within the store
• Meet and exceed individual sales, targets and client goals and support the goals of the team
• Track individual weekly and monthly sales, obtaining Sales Goals from the Counter and Business Manager
• Conduct make-up applications, skin care analysis and product demonstrations with customers
• Maintain positive relationship in store with Shiseido team and store colleagues
• Communicate any merchandise and stock needs to the account Manager
• Ensure that all merchandise, testers and demonstration stations are maintained and set to company standard
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
