3D Personnel Ltd in Milltown, Dublin 6, is seeking a Setting Out Engineer on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will set out works using total station and levels, oversee QA/QC, supervise subcontractors, raise RFIs, and support the Site Manager with programme updates.

The role offers rates of €35-€45 per hour and a clear path on a residential project with a leading Irish contractor. You'll need 3–5 years setting-out experience (basements/precast frames ideal), a Civil Engineering degree, a valid

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' setting-out experience, ideally on basements and precast frames.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Site engineering experience with a main contractor.
• Strong setting-out skills with total station and levels.
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site tickets.
• Full driving licence.

We are seeking a Setting Out Engineer for a 9-month fixed-term contract with a leading Irish property development group on a residential project in Milltown, Dublin 6, with a concrete basement and precast superstructure.
