Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager/Scrum Master to spearhead ServiceNow initiatives in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong Agile background and a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Job description

Desired skills:

Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

This is a key role supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, focused on driving Agile delivery and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance IT service management and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as SCRUM Master for the ServiceNow team, running Agile ceremonies and ensuring best practices
• Manage the planning and delivery of ServiceNow projects across modules including ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SecOps, and BCM
• Work with platform owners, developers, and stakeholders to define scope and timelines
• Track progress using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Support M&A onboarding projects and manage external vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with governance and change management standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT project management, with at least 3 in an Agile/SCRUM Master role
• Experience delivering ServiceNow projects or working closely with ServiceNow teams
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and enterprise IT environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in a hybrid working model and ideally in a professional services or managed services setting
