Schedule: Monday-Friday + 1 Saturday/month (9am-1pm)

As the first point of contact for customers seeking motor servicing, you\'ll play a vital role in delivering the high standard of service and care that defines the Toyota brand.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the friendly and knowledgeable voice answering service enquiries and bookings.
  • Handle all service and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) bookings using Auto View.
  • Liaise with parts, sales, and workshop teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Check for outstanding recalls and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Ensure service appointments are managed efficiently - no overlaps, no delays.
  • Support workshop flow by communicating job priorities and requirements.
  • Consistently work towards meeting performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
What We\'re Looking For
