We’re looking for a talented Senior Web Developer to join us on a contract basis, with potential for renewal, to help build scalable and insightful web applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python (Flask), JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, interactive visualisations
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications
• Contribute to architecture decisions ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and team meetings

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years professional experience in web development
• Strong backend skills with Python and Flask
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Experience writing unit and integration tests
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in evolving, ambiguous environments

Nice To Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• REST API design and development
• Knowledge of web application security best practices

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
