Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking Project Engineers/Senior Project Engineers to deliver practical, high-impact water and wastewater solutions from concept to construction support. Based in Ireland (Dublin, Cork or Galway), you will join an integrated team delivering on major public and private projects.

The role offers hybrid working, opportunities to progress toward Chartered Engineer status, and a collaborative environment that emphasises technical growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 8 degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering; membership of Engineers Ireland or similar; desire to progress to Chartered Engineer.
• Desirable: Master’s level qualification; experience with CAD, Civil 3D, QGIS or Arc; strong IT skills including MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare designs, technical reports and contract documents for water and wastewater projects.
• Contribute to hydraulic model outputs and associated analysis.
• Support delivery of multiple projects concurrently within budgets and schedules.
• Lead aspects of project coordination and client/contractor interactions.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
