Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Dublin is seeking a Senior Civil Water Engineer to shape water and wastewater schemes from feasibility to construction. You will lead design delivery, prepare briefs, and work with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires chartered civil engineering status, experience in design delivery and Build, and strong communication and commercial sense. You will manage projects within budget and schedule and contribute to risk management while

Qualifications

Chartered civil engineer with experience in leading design delivery.
Experience in water and/or wastewater projects and Build contracts.
Strong communication and commercial acumen essential.

Responsibilities

Design and delivery of water and wastewater schemes at various project stages from feasibility to detailed design, contract document preparation and construction administration following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
Work closely with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Manage projects or support the Project Manager in the management and monitoring of project delivery within defined budget and programme requirements.
Understand, communicate and manage project risks.
Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
