AstraZeneca is seeking a Warehouse Support, Senior Specialist for the Athlone site to lead quality, documentation, and digital transformation across the warehouse for Drug Substance and Drug Product operations.

You will drive SOP quality, QMS records, CAPAs, and cross-functional improvements while steering SAP S/4HANA/EWM readiness and vendor engagement. This role emphasizes compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in biopharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing
• At least 2 years in warehouse, materials or supply chain
• Experience leading QMS records, CAPAs and deviations
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred
• Strong documentation and audit readiness skills
• Cross-functional project leadership experience
• Proficient with data analysis and dashboards

Responsabilités

• Own warehouse document lifecycle and SOP quality across GMP processes
• Lead warehouse workstreams for process improvements and cost savings
• Own QMS records, deviations and CAPAs and drive timely closure
• Lead adoption of digital, automation and AI for warehouse improvements
• Support new product introductions with storage and handling plans
• Engage 3PL and suppliers for warehouse materials and SCARs
• Prepare for audits and inspections (HPRA, FDA, EMA) and coordinate responses
• Contribute to KPI reporting and risk management
