Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in Ireland invites a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced logistics team. You will manage receiving, shipping, inventory control and ERP/WMS transactions, while maintaining accuracy and on-time materials flow for CGM technology products.

We seek 4-6 years of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and strong computer skills. You’ll train teammates, support daily planning, and contribute to continuous improvement in a global, innovation-driven company.

Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)
• 4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off
• Working Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays

As a Senior Warehouse Operative (Known internally as Material Handler 3), you’ll support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time. This role is ideal for someone with solid warehouse experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, support teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts
• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments
• Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting
• Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins
• Train and support new employees
• Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning

What You Bring

• 4-6 years’ experience in a warehouse or material handling role
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems
• Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to obtain forklift certificationStrong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills
