Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, NAV Oversight to lead independent NAV production and fund accounting governance for Irish and UK structures. You will drive risk management, governance, and operational excellence while partnering with auditors, regulators, and clients on strategic initiatives.

This role requires deep fund accounting expertise, senior leadership, and the ability to scale a global operating model, with a hybrid work pattern and a strong focus on governance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Fund Accounting, NAV Oversight, Fund Administration, Asset Servicing, or Investment Operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of NAV production, valuation principles, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships across complex global organisations.
• Experience leading through change, transformation, and operating model evolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of NAV production and fund accounting activities across Irish and UK regulated fund structures.
• Lead and develop high-performing oversight teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Act as senior escalation point for NAV-related matters, incidents, client servicing issues, and regulatory enquiries.
• Maintain governance and control framework addressing operational risk, audit actions, and regulatory obligations.
• Partner with Fund Accounting, Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to deliver scalable client solutions.
• Lead engagement with Internal Audit, External Audit, Depositaries, regulators, and other control functions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, supporting due diligence reviews, governance forums, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee outsourced and global operating models, ensuring delivery against service levels and risk standards.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives including operating model enhancements, automation, platform migrations, and process optimisation.
• Assess new business opportunities ensuring alignment with capabilities, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Vice President, NAV Oversight to join our Fund Services leadership team in Dublin. Reporting to the Director, Head of Ireland & UK Fund Accounting, this senior leadership role is responsible for the independent oversight and governance of fund accounting activities across a diverse portfolio of regulated investment funds.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding NAV integrity, strengthening the control environment, and driving operational excellence across a global operating model. Working closely with clients, regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership, challenge and oversight, while supporting business growth, transformation, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Significant experience within Fund Accounting, NAV Oversight, Fund Administration, Asset Servicing, or Investment Operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of NAV production, valuation principles, fund structures, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience operating within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record leading teams and managing senior stakeholder relationships across complex global organisations.
• Experience leading through change, transformation, and operating model evolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
