Job summary

European Tech Recruit in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Verification Engineer for a globally leading Semiconductor company. You will work within the CPU and GPU silicon teams at our R&D Centre in Cork.

The role involves developing tests for performance verification, debugging bottlenecks, and deploying new verification methodologies around performance verification and emulation, with daily use of HW-SW co-verification, simulation, emulation, and big-data analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years ASIC design, verification, or related work experience.
• Verification skills: Test planning, Scripting, Simulation, problem solving and debug.
• SystemVerilog, UVM, Verilog or VHDL, C/C++ skills required.

Responsibilities

• Developing tests for performance verification
• Debugging and analyzing performance and architecture bottlenecks in the GPU designs until coverage and performance goals are achieved
• Developing and deploying new verification methodologies around performance verification and emulation is an essential part of the work you will do.
• HW-SW co-verification, simulation, simulation-acceleration, emulation, benchmark analysis, big-data analytics are all tools in our verification toolbox you will use on a daily basis.
