Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate tasks with senior management, and enforce safety standards on site. The role emphasizes training, incident reporting, and maintaining strong customer relations while ensuring timely completion of work.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must be capable of adjusting to field requirements and taking independent action without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA standards and company policies.
• Discusses issues with property owners and coordinates access for work.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
