Job summary

SYSTRA is recruiting a Senior Consultant – Transport Modelling to join our Transport Advisory, Planning and Modelling team in Ireland. Based in Dublin or Cork with hybrid working, you will lead modelling projects and provide technical guidance to clients across Ireland.

You will apply transport planning and modelling approaches to highway, public transport and multi-modal studies, delivering robust analyses and clear client deliverables in collaboration with UK & Ireland teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Experience in transport planning, modelling or related field.
• Experience with transport modelling tools is desirable.
• Knowledge of Irish planning and transport policy context.
• Strong computing skills: GIS, spreadsheets, databases, coding, statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined technical inputs and work packages in Transport Advisory, Planning and Modelling projects in Ireland.
• Apply modelling techniques and present results to clients and stakeholders.
• Act as technical lead on projects, delivering to quality, time and budget.
