Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trade Surveillance – Senior Associate/Associate to join the EMEA Compliance Surveillance team in Dublin. This role involves monitoring trade surveillance alerts and engaging with Compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial markets, particularly in Fixed Income and Equity trading. Analytical and organizational skills are crucial, and previous experience in this field is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the financial markets, and interest in trading of Fixed Income/Equity products.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, sharing knowledge.
• Experience in Corporate Investment Bank/Wealth Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review trade surveillance alerts for Market Manipulation and Insider Dealing.
• Conduct regular non-alerting reviews and ad hoc searches.
• Engage with Compliance teams and technology partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues for program efficiency.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
