Reperio has partnered with a growing technology organisation in Dublin who are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer.

In this role, you will shape automation practices, mentor engineers, and drive innovation, including implementing AI-driven testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead best-practice test automation principles as a subject matter expert.
• Build, expand, and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Drive adoption of AI-based automation techniques.
• Mentor and support automation engineers across teams.
• Investigate test failures, troubleshoot, and improve frameworks.
• Integrate with dashboards and CI/CD pipelines for clear test visibility.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' test automation experience.
• Strong background in API and web automation.
• Hands-on with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, RestSharp, SoapUI, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
• Skilled in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, .NET, Python, C++).
• Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Test management tools (e.g. TestRail) and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Performance testing and UI automation frameworks.
• Networking, mobile, or Angular testing knowledge.
• Agile/Kanban delivery and ISTQB certification
