Job summary

Mace is seeking a proven Construction Logistics professional to provide client-side oversight of site logistics operations and support delivery of the construction logistics strategy. You will coordinate craneage, access, layouts and interfaces across contractors, monitor programme delivery and safety, and drive continuous improvement in logistics performance.

You will contribute to collaboration with stakeholders, manage risks and reporting, and help ensure successful project outcomes through

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in the construction industry.
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • First aid at work Level 3.
  • CSCS Accreditation - Black.
  • NVQ level 3 Gold Card.
  • Site manager's safety training scheme (SMSTS) or accepted equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Providing client-side oversight of site logistics operations.
  • Supporting delivery of the construction logistics strategy.
  • Assuring contractor logistics plans and site arrangements.
  • Coordinating worksite access, hoarding and gate interfaces.
  • Reviewing logistics feasibility, phasing and worksite layouts.
  • Managing logistics risks, compliance and performance reporting.
  • Coordinating craneage, lifting and concrete-pour logistics.
  • Overseeing bentonite farms, silos and production-support facilities.
  • Aligning logistics interfaces across contractors and stakeholders.
  • Developing and reviewing BIM/CAD logistics information.
  • Supporting health, safety, environmental and sustainability objectives.
  • Monitoring programme delivery, workforce and operational performance.
  • Managing RFIs, EWNs, reporting and project documentation.
  • Driving innovation, continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Building collaborative relationships to achieve successful project outcomes.

You’ll Need To Have
