Job summary

SumUp is seeking a senior tax leader to partner with the Global Head of Tax, shaping group corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and indirect tax strategy. You will drive Pillar Two, CbCR, and ATAD III considerations, manage audits, and guide the tax function across multiple entities.

You will build and run a high-impact tax team, delivering technical judgement on complex positions and aligning with executives on the company’s tax direction in a scaling fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Senior tax leader with broad experience across CIT, transfer pricing, and indirect tax.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory issues into clear positions for executives.
• Experience building in-house tax capability and guiding auditors/compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of the group tax agenda across CIT, TP, and indirect tax.
• Oversee transfer pricing framework and automate where possible.
• Draft and maintain tax policies and governance for group entities.
