Job summary

Omnissa in Cork, Ireland, is hiring a Direct Tax Manager to own the group's international direct tax accounting and compliance for 20+ entities. The role involves coordinating Pillar Two, CbC Reporting, tax provisions, and working with external advisors.

You will lead tax planning, manage audits, ensure timely filings, and help implement new global processes while collaborating with finance, legal, treasury, and shared services.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in direct/corporate tax, in practice or industry.
• Strong grounding in corporate tax accounting and provision under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Familiarity with Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax provisions and returns for multiple entities.
• Lead Pillar Two readiness, data collection, and top-up tax modelling.
• Support transfer pricing and intercompany documentation.
• Manage tax audits, notices and interactions with authorities.
• Coordinate with external advisors and internal teams on global tax projects.
