Job summary

RECRUITERS is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for the EMEA region on an 11‑month hybrid contract based in Dublin 2. The role owns direct and indirect tax compliance, supports tax accounting and provisioning, and collaborates with finance, legal and policy teams across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of multinational or Big Four experience, strong corporate tax knowledge, and a qualified tax designation (CTA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA).

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification required.
• 8+ years' tax experience in a multinational or Big Four environment.
• Strong corporate and indirect tax knowledge.
• Experience with tax accounting and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional direct and indirect tax compliance activities.
• Support preparation of tax provisions and tax accounting processes.
• Oversee tax payments, returns and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead and support tax audits, negotiations and regulatory engagements.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Review monthly and quarterly tax journals and reconciliations.
• Analyse legislative developments and support policy submissions.

Senior Tax Manager - EMEA | 11 month contract | Hybrid in Dublin 2 | up to €132,000 per annum pro rata

An opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join a high-growth international organisation supporting tax operations across the EMEA region.

Working as part of a collaborative global tax function, you will take ownership of direct and indirect tax compliance, support tax accounting and provisioning activities, and partner closely with finance, legal, operational and policy teams on strategic tax initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional direct and indirect tax compliance activities
