Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager on a 10–11 month contract. The role covers EMEA tax compliance, tax provisioning, and policy development within a dynamic in‑house tax function.

The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, handle audits and planning, and help optimise tax controls while adapting to a hybrid/remote work model from Dublin or other locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Support direct and indirect tax compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring timely filing obligations.
• Assist with tax provisions for the EMEA region to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with global Tax Team and external advisers on tax strategy and compliance projects.
• Support tax audits, negotiations, implementations and planning at local, regional and country levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax controls and reporting.
• Own tax projects from planning through implementation, updating key stakeholders.
• Contribute to development and execution of the company’s tax policy objectives.
• Analyze new tax legislation and draft submissions for policymakers.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced international tax manager to join the in-house tax team of a global organisation headquartered in Ireland on a contract basis (10 - 11 months).

The position can be based in the group's HQs in Dublin with a flexible hybrid policy or can be performed remotely.

About the position

• Support direct and indirect tax compliance across the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate filing obligations.
• Support the preparation of tax provisions for the EMEA region to ensure accurate financial statement reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, the global Tax Team and external advisors across the region to deliver tax strategy and compliance projects.
• Support tax audits, negotiations, implementations and planning opportunities at local, regional and country level.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax controls, efficiency and reporting.
• Take ownership of tax projects from planning through to implementation, while keeping key stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s tax policy objectives.
• Analyse new tax legislation and draft submissions for policy makers to consider.
