McKesson Ireland is seeking a Finance Operations professional to support Travel & Expense payables, collaborating with internal stakeholders and BPO partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of T&E transactions.

You will analyze complex issues, drive process improvements, and support day-to-day operations across cross-functional teams in a traditional office setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or related function.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and Concur or comparable systems.
• Experience managing escalations and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Resolve escalated, urgent, and complex T&E inquiries.
• Analyze expense-report exceptions and apply T&E policies and controls.
• Support accurate and timely expense-report and payables processing.
• Investigate disputed, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent corporate card transactions.
• Interpret and communicate T&E policies and card requirements.
• Partner with Travel, Procurement, Finance, BPO, and technology teams on program improvements.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and employee/system onboarding.
