Job summary

Canada Life Europe is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology delivery across Ireland and Germany. Based in Dublin, you will own analysis from discovery through transition, collaborating with engineering, QA and vendors to shape viable solutions.

You will mentor junior analysts, maintain artefacts in Jira/Confluence, and uphold regulatory and security requirements while using AI-assisted tools responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business or systems analysis experience in a large enterprise.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of BABOK or equivalent practices.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and prioritise requirements across business, data and processes.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and translate needs into artefacts.
• Ensure requirements address architecture, security and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain traceability in Jira/Confluence and support test and release activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best-practice standards.
