The Role

Act as advisor to our clients in respect of leasing office buildings as part of JLL's market-leading office agency team. Manage landlord and occupier relationships, lead marketing campaigns, provide lease and rent review advice and drive transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office agency instructions and execute marketing strategies
• Build client relationships with landlords, occupiers, and investors
• Conduct property inspections and prepare marketing materials

• Active participation in maintaining JLLs databases and market reporting

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years' commercial agency experience (not necessarily office only)
• Proven track record managing transactions and client relationships
