Job summary

Uniphar’s Carrick-on-Suir pharmacy is seeking a Support Pharmacist to lead day-to-day dispensary operations on a 40-hour permanent basis. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, stock control, and outstanding customer service in a busy community setting.

You will be registered with the PSI and hold a Pharmacy degree, with responsibilities spanning stock management, controlled drugs compliance, and high presentation standards across the store. A supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must have PSI registration and hold a degree in Pharmacy
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Capable of working on own initiative
• Drive business within the dispensary and store
• Ability to communicate and get along with a variety of different personalities
• Proactively drive excellence in customer service throughout the store at all times

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary
• Take final responsibility within the store for Stock Management specifically relating to, purchasing, ordering, stock management, merchandising, date checking and stocktaking
• Take final responsibility for ensuring controlled drugs regulations are strictly adhered to
• Take final responsibility for Pharmacy Presentation Standards
