Job summary

Stryker Corporation is looking for a Lead Process Development Engineer (Senior Staff) to drive manufacturing process development at Carrigtwohill, Ireland in a hybrid setting. You will steer capital equipment projects, apply DFM and statistical methods, and lead process validation efforts to deliver high-quality medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in manufacturing, process development, product development, or related engineering.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), statistical methodologies, validation and verification techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques to manufacturing and design-related technical challenges.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, process development, product development, or a related engineering environment.
• Experience supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process development.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), statistical methodologies, validation, and verification techniques.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Preferred Qualifications

• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with industrial laser welding, CNC manufacturing equipment, process characterisation, and validation methodologies.

Pay Ranges

#IJ Ireland Pay Ranges: Ireland: €62,000 - €105,000 EUR Annual
