Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Utilities Electrical Engineer to support operation and reliability of site Utilities systems within the Critical Utilities Team. You will work with Plant SMEs to ensure regulatory standards and best practices, driving lean improvements and right-first-time delivery.

BMS Critical Utilities Team is seeking to fill the role of Utilities Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the operation & Reliability of the site Utilities systems within the Critical Utilities Team, focused on right first time, compliance, and simplification while ensuring there is no compromise to Safety, Quality or Equipment Reliability. The role will lend itself to upskilling on a range of areas from a technical and strategic point of view and will focus on lean principals and utilizing Reliability data to drive strategies and improvements. The individual will work closely with Plant SME’s and operations department and other key departments as we support Reliability Excellence strategy and transform our site into a best-in-class Biopharmaceutical facility. The role will gain exposure to the key functions such as Black Utilities, Manufacturing, LOC, EHS, Training & Quality teams. Utility Systems: Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Water Systems, HVAC, Sprinkler systems, compressed Air, Fuel oil, etc. Electrical Distribution & Life Safety Systems: 10kV Electrical Distribution system, LV Distribution, Gas Detection & Fire Detection systems
