Qualifications

• 4+ years delivering as a solution architect in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge across technology domains including software, data, infrastructure and security.
• Stakeholder management.
• Cloud Adoption Frameworks.
• Solution proposals and costing.
• Software architecture and design patterns.
• Integration technologies and patterns (API-led, event streaming, Backend for Frontend).
• Security best practices.
• Azure or AWS.
• High availability and Disaster Recovery.
• Formal architecture certifications (Azure AZ-305, AWS SAP-C02, TOGAF).

Responsibilities

• Design and Innovate: work with clients to understand business needs and articulate how technology solves problems.
• Lead: guide design and delivery phases as overall technical solution lead.
• Plan: contribute to implementation plans for successful delivery.
• Develop Blueprints: lead architectural blueprints considering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Inspire: advance the practice, tools and technologies used by the team.
• Collaborate: participate across the practice and organisation to share knowledge.
• Business Development: formulate technical solutions that solve client problems.
• Mentor: support and provide feedback on architectures and designs.
