Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help drive the architecture roadmap and ensure coherent design across the enterprise. You will lead the detailed design of the transformed Customer ecosystem and engage senior stakeholders to define technology requirements.

With 10+ years in solution architecture, you will apply service-based architecture, microservices, APIs, data architecture, security and integration expertise while aligning to architecture principles and driving

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in a Solution Architect role creating high level design documents.
• Experience with service-based architecture, microservices, APIs, data architecture, security & integration.
• Broad understanding of Application, Information and Infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in detailed design of the transformed Customer ecosystem from a technology, process, integration and data design perspective.
• Influence & engage key business & IT stakeholders in the definition of technology requirements.
• Understand Architecture principles, align design to that and present solution for approvals to Architecture Review Board.
• Work closely with Architecture Review Board throughout lifecycle of change and provide detailed handovers as change is delivered into test and production environments.
• Adhere to standard processes/procedures and policies including change management, audit, security, SOX etc.

Summary of Role:

• support the delivery of a coherent architecture and technology roadmap
• Ensure the successful implementation of the Enterprise Architecture roadmap through the definition of a common set of design and process standards, driving the adoption of these standards across the enterprise

Responsibilities of the role:

• Take a lead role in the detailed design (Component Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, HLD documents) of the transformed Customer ecosystem from a technology, process, integration and data design perspective
• Influence & engage key business & IT stakeholders in the definition of technology requirements
• Understanding Architecture principles, align design to that and present solution for approvals to Architecture Review Board
• Working closely with the Architecture Review Board throughout lifecycle of change & provide detailed handovers as change is delivered into test and production environments and integration to wider ecosystem.
• Adhere to standard processes/procedures and policies including change management, audit, security, SOX etc.

Experience And Skills Required

• 10+ years’ experience in Solution Architect Role creating High level Design documents (incl. data architecture / database schema, technology architecture, sequence / component diagrams)
• Experience with service-based architecture, microservices, APIs, data architecture, security & integration, Infrastructure & Identity management
• Degree in technology related discipline
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences at senior levels within the bank. Interpersonal skills - collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Broad understanding of Application, Information and Infrastructure technologies & practices
• Very good communication skills
