Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a newly formed Agentic AI team and help build production-grade AI agents at global scale. You will own features from design to production and collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders and engineers to transform ambitious AI concepts into reliable products.

You will work across LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, cloud, APIs and Kubernetes, integrating AI with enterprise systems and contributing to architecture and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building full-stack software at scale, ideally 1M+ users.
• Commercial experience with AI/ML, LLMs or AI agents.
• Experience building production AI agents or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Contribute to architecture and technical design.
• Own features across the full SDLC, from design to deployment.
• Build testing, observability and monitoring into AI applications.
• Debug and optimise agent reliability, performance and quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD, Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and help shape engineering best practices.
