Job summary

Fulcrum Digital in Ireland seeks an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable web apps using React on the front end and Java/Spring Boot on the back end, connected via RESTful APIs. You’ll work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong experience with OOP, MVC, Git, and agile development, plus familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building web apps with React front-end and Java back-end.
• Experience modeling and querying data with PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns and MVC.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain scalable web applications, working across a React front end and a Java/Spring Boot back end integrated via RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, component-based UIs using React.js and Redux for state management.
• Design and build RESTful APIs and back-end services using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Model, query and optimise data using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
