Job summary

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Engineer to join product teams building impactful digital solutions for government agencies in Ireland. You will collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver user-centric software that serves public sector users and citizens.

You will lead technical design, mentor peers, and drive modern engineering practices, ensuring secure, scalable code and rapid delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based application development and modern engineering practices.
• Proficient in GoNET, TypeScript, Angular and ReactJS.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SHIP-HATS and GitLab CI/CD Pipelines is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environments.
• Passion for serving the public through technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to build and continuously enhance high-quality digital products that solve real user needs.
• Collaborate with Full Stack Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers & Product Owners to deliver user-centric solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead architecture and system design for new features and external integrations by evaluating technical approaches and producing secure, scalable, and maintainable designs.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leads, Infrastructure Teams, and other engineering teams to resolve dependencies, technical risks, and align architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding implementation, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Develop clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code while conducting code reviews and promoting engineering best practices.
• Champion modern technologies, engineering practices, and tools to improve product quality, delivery efficiency, maintainability, and user experience.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide operational support by monitoring application health, responding to production incidents, and improving system reliability.

Key Responsibilities::

• Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to understand business needs and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
