Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to contribute to backend systems powering AI and speech recognition products that reduce physician burnout and improve patient engagement. You will own solutions, review code, plan sprints, and design software with cross-functional teams.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong skills in C#, JavaScript, Docker, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and several years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python, Go or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks (React/Angular) and back-end services.

Responsibilities

• Contributing code to backend systems of AI and speech recognition products.
• Take ownership of solutions to improve clinical documentation and patient care.
• Perform code reviews, participate in sprint planning, and create design documents.
• Collaborate with customers, UX and other product groups to deliver value.
