• Minimum of three years’ post-qualification social work experience.
• Experience in assessment, intervention, advocacy and multi-disciplinary work.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Valid driving licence with access to own transport.

• Provide social work assessment, intervention, advocacy and support planning with individuals and families.
• Help access services and opportunities to enhance well-being and independence.
• Contribute professional expertise in complex cases and safeguarding matters.
